Original works from artists featured in the last four quarterly issues of Catamaran Literary Reader. The magazine brings the best of the literary and visual arts to homes four times a year but you can only see the original artwork once a year at the annual exhibit. Exhibit runs March 4 – April 1.
On First Friday, April 1 at 6 pm, Christina Waters, Santa Cruz arts writer, columnist for GTWeekly, and UCSC Adjunct Professor in Digital Arts/New Media, will provide a brief walking tour of highlights of the exhibit. Waters will share interpretive insights into the techniques and styles of presenting artists, including Melissa Gwyn, Ralph Joachim, Frank Galuszka, Noah Buchanan, Ian Pines, and Margaret Niven.
